Ready to release tension? Reset your nervous system and discover a whole new way to connect with your body.

Your body may be holding more than you realize. The tension that builds from giving more than you receive, from always being “on.” The overstimulation. The emotional weight of carrying and holding it all. Over time, it can begin to feel normal.

This is a gentle, beginner-friendly Fascial Maneuvers experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and set some of that weight down.

Through intentional movement, breath, and meditation, you will be guided through simple practices that may help you:

  • Feel more grounded and present in your body
  • Experience more ease and freedom in your movement
  • Reduce physical tightness
  • Support nervous system regulation
  • Release stress and emotional tension
  • Reduce physical tightness and
  • Release energetic heaviness
  • Reconnect with your intuition and inner awareness

This class is especially supportive for anyone who experiences stress, overwhelm, overstimulation, emotional drain, physical tension, or simply ready to return to themselves.

You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or physically fit to participate. You do not need to force a release or make anything dramatic happen.

You simply show up, breathe, move, and give your body the opportunity to respond in its own way.

What you need to know:

No special equipment is required. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. We will practice barefoot.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for the meditation and relaxation portion of the class after the movement portion.

Bring water. Hydrating the Fascia is extremely important.
