The emotional weight of carrying and holding it all. Over time\, it can begin to feel normal. \nThis is a gentle\, beginner-friendly Fascial Maneuvers experience designed to help you slow down\, reconnect\, and set some of that weight down. \nThrough intentional movement\, breath\, and meditation\, you will be guided through simple practices that may help you: \n\nFeel more grounded and present in your body\nExperience more ease and freedom in your movement\nReduce physical tightness\nSupport nervous system regulation\nRelease stress and emotional tension\nReduce physical tightness and\nRelease energetic heaviness\nReconnect with your intuition and inner awareness\n\nThis class is especially supportive for anyone who experiences stress\, overwhelm\, overstimulation\, emotional drain\, physical tension\, or simply ready to return to themselves. \nYou do not need to be flexible\, experienced\, or physically fit to participate. You do not need to force a release or make anything dramatic happen. \nYou simply show up\, breathe\, move\, and give your body the opportunity to respond in its own way. \nWhat you need to know: \nNo special equipment is required. Wear comfortable\, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely.
